It’s an absolutely free app with unlimited card scanning and is easy to operate. 1.    Simply download the app 2.    Open the app, click a photo of the card 3.    You can then crop the image for more clarity 4.    You can even change the language from the given 22 language options 5.    Scan the image 6.    Now you get your contacts fields auto-populated 7.    Edit the fields, if required 8.    Save the changes and add it to your contact list. A contact management system should be one that can easily remove all duplicates from our contact database and can still keep a backup data to undo changes.  I get scared when some cleanup app randomly says- all your duplicates will be deleted forever. To me, this simply means that it can remove entries of people with the same name, or it may remove my entire phone data forever if things do not work properly or the system gets stuck.  At last, I landed up with CleanUp Duplicate Contacts. This is the best contact management system for me. It backs up my entire data in case things go wrong so at least I am at peace. Secondly, it offers options when deleting duplicates for a 100% match or other partial matches.
