Speaking of a few must-have apps for Android, we must first admit that with play store’s catalog of 3.5 million apps, selecting merely 5 or 7 apps is a complex task. A contact management system should be one that can easily remove all duplicates from our contact database and can still keep a backup data to undo changes.  I get scared when some cleanup app randomly says- all your duplicates will be deleted forever. To me, this simply means that it can remove entries of people with the same name, or it may remove my entire phone data forever if things do not work properly or the system gets stuck.  At last, I landed up with CleanUp Duplicate Contacts. This is the best contact management system for me. It backs up my entire data in case things go wrong so at least I am at peace.
