What are the top productivity apps for 2019?
Well, there are many! It depends on what you really need. I would recommend my pile of apps which has made my life easy. My day starts with my mobile.
1. CircleBack contact management app: The app keeps my contacts de-duplicated and maintains a centralized contact list by amassing contact information from sources like Google, Twitter, Exchange, Outlook, and others with user’s consent. It keeps my entire contact list up-to-date by fetching latest updates and helps to complete missing contact information. It also captures email signatures to add to my contact list and offers business card scanning. Will all my contacts clean and up-to-date and at one place, my life has become really easy.
2. Evernote: A superb note-taking app helping you to keep everything in one place and find it when you need it fast with a powerful search function. With this, I can capture, organize and share notes from anywhere and can enhance notes with links, checklists, attachments and audio recordings. It’s the first thing I open in the morning. I can write ideas for projects, to –do lists, notes in meetings etc, and can save important articles and emails.
With the help of these two, my day goes really well. My contacts are in place and my to-do-lists and documentation are at my tips. I do use other apps like Slack for team collaboration and Asana for project management but the above two are essential parts of my everyday life.
Create your own list based on your needs.
